Groundly Lights is the holiday lighting division of Groundly Property Services LLC, providing professional Christmas and holiday light installation for homes and qualifying commercial properties in Vermont and New Hampshire. Custom design, installation, qualifying maintenance, takedown and storage are defined in your proposal. Groundly supplies and retains ownership of company-provided lighting and seasonal materials unless your proposal specifically states otherwise.

What does Groundly’s residential holiday light installation service include?+
Each custom proposal can include lighting design, professional installation, in-season service coordination, scheduled takedown, and an available storage arrangement. Your exact scope is confirmed before installation is scheduled.
Where does Groundly install holiday lights?+
Groundly Lights serves homes and qualifying commercial properties throughout our Vermont and New Hampshire service area. Share your property location through the consultation form and our team will confirm availability.
When should I reserve my installation?+
As early as possible. Design and installation windows are seasonal and depend on location, project scope, weather, and remaining capacity.
How is my display priced?+
Every project is custom quoted. Final pricing depends on actual measurements, design, access, height, materials, equipment requirements, and site conditions. The 2026 final seasonal minimum is $550.

Are takedown and storage included?+
Your written proposal will define takedown timing and storage. Reusable Groundly-owned materials can be properly stored when storage is included in the approved scope.
Can weather affect the schedule?+
Yes. Snow, ice, wind, and unsafe access can require schedule adjustments. We’ll communicate changes and complete the work when conditions allow it to be done responsibly.
