When should I reserve my installation?+
As early as possible. Design and installation windows are seasonal and depend on location, project scope, weather, and remaining capacity.
How is my display priced?+
Every project is custom quoted. Your proposal reflects the design scope, property access, lighting and installation requirements, service level, takedown, and any selected storage option.
Can you work with lights I already own?+
Tell us what you have during the consultation. We can assess whether existing lighting is suitable for the design, condition, and installation requirements of the project.
What if part of the display needs attention?+
Contact our team and describe what you’re seeing. We’ll assess the issue and coordinate service according to weather, site access, route availability, and the coverage in your proposal.
Are takedown and storage included?+
Included services vary by project. Your written proposal will define takedown timing, storage arrangements, and related conditions before installation is scheduled.
Can weather affect the schedule?+
Yes. Snow, ice, wind, and unsafe access can require schedule adjustments. We’ll communicate changes and complete the work when conditions allow it to be done responsibly.
